A shadow: something is there. She determines fate as she walks along the spice road. As she passes, there’s magic in the air, as warm as the hues of fruits that announce her coming. Her cloak weaves gold and velvets, and she has a delicate yet steadfast stride. Amused, she turns to look at the effect it has. Aristocratic weakness.

Ripe black cherries enveloped by fresh marzipan and fine bitterness of red orange’s zest. The heart is a delight: a creamy mix of white flowers and powdery cocoa notes; Duchessa’s sillage is warm, balsamic, intoxicating. Sweet as liquor. A “narcotic” one: cherries and sugar, the real obsession. The smell of a Gritti Woman, bold and decisive.
