Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, all fragrances sold by NZ Fragrance are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original perfume houses.
How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We offer nationwide shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island.
Can I return a perfume if I don't like the scent?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened products in their original cellophane wrapping within 14 days of purchase.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), making it longer-lasting, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) for a lighter wear.
How should I store my fragrances to ensure they last?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom cupboard.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full bottle?
Yes, we offer a curated selection of 2ml and 5ml decants for most of our popular designer and niche fragrances so you can test them on your skin first.
